Notes from the seller: I bought my 240z in 1993 from the original owner who I known when he bought it new. It needed a lot of work. I fixed it up and drove it until 2000 when it was stolen from my driveway. After about a week, the police caught the thief and impounded the car so I was able to get it back. I decided to restore it about 10 years ago and have refurbished or replaced all of the original parts with high-quality OEM components. I have detailed sales receipts from Motorsport Auto for $19,000 worth of parts and refurbishment services. I am looking to pass the torch on this project to a Z Car enthusiast.

Very Original; One Owner; Manual Transmission - NA- 2+2
The seller is technically the second owner, but the original owner was his family (his uncle's father-in-law in Torrance). Comes with the original purchase paperwork from 1984. It has been garaged or covered its entire life. It has less than 100K original miles (about 98K), and runs well and has been serviced recently, including the A/C has been refurbished and the interior has been partially updated (new custom upholstery on the seats and carpet).
It has a few of the expected flaws for a vehicle of this age - a minor leak (likely power steering), and the electronic dash display occasionally flickers on/off (one of the solder points in the module box under the dash is the likely culprit, as going over a hard bump tends to affect it). Seller has also replaced some of the components with OEM parts (A/C module, clock, etc.), and has receipts for all of the parts and/or work done.
Seller periodically drives it around town (especially during nice weather with the T-tops off), but doesn't drive it as much as he should, so it's time to pass it on. Seller has the clean title in hand, and it has passed the smog test at the Manhattan Beach Auto Chek each time it's been due (most recently last August 2023).
